Netbook Pro Service Terms & Conditions

General

Netbookpro accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master, Discover and American Express. Netbookpro's clients receive a free preview of products design by Netbookpro for that client. Client has the right at the free preview stage too make corrections, accept, or reject said product. In case client accepts the free preview provided by Netbookpro the designated credit card is charged and product purchase process has been completed. At the time of product purchase completion; Netbookpro's has a policy of no refunds, returns, or cancellations.

Fees

New client accounts are charged a one-time setup fee. Existing clients are not charged a setup fee; however existing clients changing their Netbook Tools (E-Characters etc.) are billed at the current going rate. Fees are subject to change at anytime.
